Switch out those huge plates with smaller plates
How will this work in the long run? Well small surface area, less calories! This will also help “portion control” department, which a lot of people struggle with.
Drink moar (more) Water
Drinking water throughout the day has it benefits, such as keeping you hydrated, aiding with the digestive system, and controlling your appetite. A lot of you may not know but sometimes hunger can be confused with thirst! It’s also important to drink water before you eat and after you eat, it’ll keep you feeling full for a lot longer.
Eating or Skip breakfast!
I Know this one is a double edge sword! I personally did not like eating breakfast, simply it’d make me nausea for some reason especially if you workout in the mornings! The same can be said about not eating breakfast in the mornings, you will feel groggy or sick! So pay attention to your body’s needs.
Increase Fiber intake!
This one is very simple! Higher Fiber intake equals feeling full after each meal. Decrease the chances of overeating and helps out the digestive system too!
Eat whatever you want, but count your calories!
Theoretically you can eat about 4 slices pizzas at 420 calories per slice, and still lose weight! Assuming you are at a caloric deficit. Here’s the math: A woman needs 2000 calories to maintain her weight, with each slice of pizza at being at 420 calories, the total number of calories consume is 1680. Now minus that with 2000 you’ll be at a caloric deficit of 320 calories! I don’t recommend this though! You should not be eating 4 slices of pizza every day to lose weight. This serves of an example of eating whatever you want and still being able to lose weight.
